The  Sterlco® TC120 Series Water Temperature Control Units provide highly accurate control for production applications requiring a continuous supply of temperature-controlled water.

Innovative design promotes turbulent water flow to maximize heat transfer performance. High flow pumps with 32°F to 250°F (0°C to 121°C) setpoint operating range. The cast-and-flange design reduces connection points by 40% while including high-efficiency pumps that offer higher flow rates at lower pressures. These highly efficient products maintain temperatures to within 1°F of setpoint, allowing for tighter temperature control and improved throughput.

9012 Series Positive/Negative Water TCU

Troublesome cooling circuit leaks in processes can result in serious production losses. The leaks may be due to small stress cracks, which leak under pressure. Our Positive/Negative Pressure TCU uses a liquid venturi to draw cooling water through the mold under negative pressure.

Precise temperature control is provided by the operation of a solid state or microprocessor controller, which activates a heater or a cooling water solenoid as required.

2016M Midsize Series Oil Temperature Control Unit

2016M Midsize Series High Temperature Control Units have been engineered to withstand the rigors of high temperature heat transfer fluid recirculation. These superior performance units have a wide temperature operating range from 100°F to 550°F (38°C to 288°C). With a wide array of available options and several flow and output choices, units can be tailored to the unique needs of various manufacturing applications and individual facilities. Critical applications can maintain setpoint temperature to within 3°F (0.5°C).  Energy efficiencies are gained through the use of dual-stage immersion heaters capable of maintaining temperature setpoints through half or full heat power.
